Support the front end of high-end custom millwork projects by building accurate bids, reviewing drawings, clarifying scope, and coordinating with clients, vendors, and internal teams. This role helps create clean handoffs to Production while protecting accuracy, responsiveness, and execution from the start.
Millwork Engineer
Translate design intent into accurate, buildable millwork drawings that support smooth project execution. This role includes shop drawings, revisions, technical problem-solving, and coordination across project management, production, and fabrication.
Project Accountant
Support the financial integrity of high-value millwork projects from setup through final closeout. You’ll track job costs, support billing, monitor budgets, and help keep project financials accurate, timely, and well managed. This role is for someone who brings precision, consistency, and a strong understanding of construction accounting.
Finish Carpenter
Execute high-end finish carpentry and millwork installation with precision. You’ll read drawings, verify conditions, install and detail cleanly, protect finished surfaces, and maintain jobsite discipline and safety. This role is for craftspeople who take pride in tight tolerances and clean execution.
